PennDOT Certified Agent Services Training
As part of Act 152, dealers must complete PennDOT contracts to issue plates and collect registration fees and taxes. To fulfill the contract stipulations, dealership employees must meet certain training requirements.
PAA's training courses are PennDOT certified and are ready to meet your training needs.
Training requirements may be satisfied prior to contract approval.
Once an employee is trained, the training must be renewed at least
every two years.
Which Training Courses Do I Need? |
| New Employees & Individuals with less than 1 year of experience working with PennDOT Documents | Individuals with more than 1 year of experience or who have taken the Basic Training Course working with PennDOT Documents |

| 6-hour Basic Training Course or 2-day Beginner Course Must complete within 1 year of employment Individuals who have completed PAA- approved training since January 1, 2003, should take the 4-hour Advanced Course. | 4-hour Advanced Course Must take every 2 years |
